School is almost out! And my thoughts turn to lazy days that include multiple nap times, lunch with friends, and spending time with family. So the circle game questions for this week...
What are your plans for this summer?

My plans for the summer include time in Hawaii/California with my family, visiting a friend in her new home with some other friends, and completing an independent study for graduate school. I will also have to do some school work because I will be moving to a new classroom this year and adopting new textbooks. To be honest, as long as I am not making lesson plans it all feels like a break.
i will be moving and you will be visiting me in VA. i will go to Orlando for a work conference, and will also not have a PROPER vacation this year due to working the first 90-days of a new job. nice! ;) but i look forward to seeing you in my new home.
I hope to get home (to Ohio) at least once, maybe twice. I'd love to see my house and my baby niece again soon. Not to mention all of my other Ohio-residing nieces and nephews.
The spuose and I will be doing a friends and family tour of the South this summer. We will be stopping by Trophy Life's new abode, travelling on to inner S.C. to see some friends, moving forward to coastal S.C. to visit family friends on Fripp Island, then onto Atlanta to visit an old colleague who deserted us, and finally a short stay in N.C. on our way home. A lot of driving but we will enjoy each other's company and when we don't at least we have the scenery!

We are FINALLY having the grandparents down (all of them!) in June to see H. July is H.'s FIRST BIRTHDAY! BIG PARTY!! :)(until then, I will be working on teaching H. to walk for her big party debut) :)
And then we will spend August in Ohio. Ah, cannot wait to see all of my girlfriends again. :)

We are planning a trip to the camp Ryan worked at in college for a week in July and then we'll drive the rest of the way out and see Randa and Hamilton's. Other than that, lots of youth group trips for Ryan and plenty of swimming at family pools/ponds and playing outside with the little man. :)
