My niece ate her first Chipotle (as did her mom and dad) on Sunday. Much to her dismay she got a spicy bite of chicken. Her Chipotle experience went down hill from there as she continued to rub her tongue on her arm to remove the spicy taste and inspect her food with the utmost care. (Fortunately her parents enjoyed the experience a little more.) Oh well...I was only lukewarm with Chipotle on my first experience. There is still hope for her.

Funny! I made some spicy chicken gumbo for my hubby this evening and he had the same reaction as A. I'm sure there were more explitives that escaped his firey oral cavity than your dear sweet neice's.
That's too funny :)

I may just have you ALL beat in culinary drama! Tonight at Colonel Good Night in Ragersville (special historical event...), I actually ate turtle soup, cracklings, cow brains, and Rocky Mountain oysters! These were served in very small portions... then we all got "normal" meals. I still can't believe I did it!!! I guess as long as I wake up tomorrow to greet the new day, it's all good.
you could have taken it easy on her and got her a simple cheese quesadilla (boring, i know).....
I don't know that she could be any cuter?
And I love how obvious it seems to just wipe the taste off your tongue to your arm. Ha!
