FISH TACOS

I recently read my friend's blog at Dos Pretzels regarding fish tacos. It reminded me of a conversation I had with my co-workers. I told them I really enjoyed fish tacos. (Breaded fish, guacamole, tomatoes...it goes on and on...I love it!) They thought that the concept of fish in tacos was the most disgusting thing they had ever heard of. Your opinions? Yay or Nay for the fish taco?

T wants to know where to get good fish tacos. We've never tried them, but want to. Maybe we'll make an evening of fish tacos and White Castle.

oh...my...word...

fish tacos are SO good! I hesitate to think that they'd be as good in Ohio as they are on the West Coast. I have spent a week in San Diego the last two years, and I go out of my way to eat as many as I can.

yum...

R, I bet you're right. The coasts probably have the best.

Hmmm... well, fish is good. Tacos are good. Seems a little odd, but why not? I just looked up a recipe. I think Paul and I would like these. I will try to remember to make them. We made Cabbage Skillet from "More With Less" and sort of combined the optional variations. We decided we could eat that meal much more often. It's cheap too. Yay!
